Job Description:
The Company is seeking a number of sales professionals (minimum of two years successful sales experience) who speak German to native level standard who are already living in UK

ESR's client provides accelerated residential IT certification training Specializing in Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, Sun, CompTIA, (ICS) 2, EC Council and Oracle among other well known vendor specific or vendor neutral certifications.

The USP's for the company are: speed of training, reduction of costs, fully inclusive packages, immersed surroundings industry recognised skills measurement and industry experienced instructors.

Since starting trading in Summer 2001, the Company is now on an annual revenue run rate of greater than £9M. With 70+ full-time and FT equivalent staff they have taught over 12,000 students, is "Training Company of the Year 2006 and 2007" and according to It Skills Research is the fastest growing IT training company in the UK.

The Sales Team work together in a modern office near Oxford Circus. There is a good team spirit and the group regularly socialise with each other. A "scoreboard" projected on the wall shows how each team member is doing, so there is a strong team atmosphere of friendly competition. The company's most successful sales people are confident and tenacious without being pushy.

Responsibilities
The overall purpose of the role is to sell TTC training courses to private individuals, contractors and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities include:
o Cold calling potential client accounts,
o Out-bound sales calls to leads provided via the web or other channels,
o Keep up-to-date records of sales activity in a Goldmine CRM system,
o Produce accurate forecasts and pipeline information,
o Contribute as part of the sales team to new idea's, approaches or techniques for sales,
o Keep up-to-date on relevant technologies and product offerings from TTC.

Skills and Background Required:
o Strong successful background of telephone selling IT products or services,
o Demonstrable cold calling and closing skills,
o Track record of over achieving targets,
o Strong team player,
o Motivated and target oriented individual,
o First rate verbal communication skills,
o Attention to detail in reporting and administration,
o Gregarious and out-going,
o Self starter, high energy and strong commitment,
o A technical vocabulary of Cisco, Microsoft or Database technologies.

Package 4 weeks holiday p.a. Uncapped commission structure
Basic: £18,000 to £30,000
Target: £75,000 of delivered sales per month
Commission: £30,000 (On Target Earnings)
Each Team Member has their own Commission Program on their Desktop so that they can track their Commissionable earnings at all times.
Total Package: £50,000 to £60,000 (uncapped)
Benefits: 4 Weeks Holiday (increases by 1 day per annum, to a maximum of 25)

Life Assurance (4 x Annual Salary)

Company Interview Process

Step One

Each candidate will be screened with a telephone call. This call will only last 5 minutes and will test the following things:

1. Can you sell yourself
2. Have they done any research on the company

Step Two

A face to face interview with the following members of TTC staff:

1. Sales Manager
2. Sales Director / co-founder
3. Team Leader
