Job Description:
As a customer support representative you will speak native level Italian and be based in Barcelona ,Spain working for a multinational company that produces UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply Systems)
The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a single point of contact and provide customer support to all accounts in their region establishing a strong and professional relationship with assigned accounts and contacts whilst assisting the relevant sales team to increase revenue and market share.
Description of Essential Function
30% o First point of contact for assigned accounts, ensure that all queries are logged and updated on InTouch and escalated to the relevant support functions if applicable.
30% o Providing post sales support to APC's customers. Assisting customers with unit analysis and completing RMA's when necessary
20% o Logging customer details and problem description for all Customers and escalating cases to the technical support engineers for advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
10% o For pre sales customers, this will involve referring customers to local resellers
10% o Providing customers with ETA's, product availability, lead times and order status information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
o Bachelor's Degree in Business / IT
o Experience with required education : 1 - 2 years of related experience
o Experience without required education : 2 - 4 years of related experience
o Native Italian or very high level of Italian fluency and English
o Previous Customer support experience desirable.
Bonus scheme paid quarterly in arrears and is based on the operating profits of corporate performance and financial results
