Head Nurse :RMN (Registered Mental Nurse) and RGN (Registered General Nurse) Candidates must be able to speak English fluently

Details: The Head Nurse is responsible to the Home Manager and responsible for all the nursing and care staff in the home.
Job Purpose: To set and maintain standards that meet or exceed the reasonable expectations of the residents. To motivate and provide leadership, support and supervision to the nursing team and care team within the home. To deliver directly and be responsible for the provision of high quality care in accordance with clients policies and other legislation. To support the Home Manager in managing the day to day operation of the Home. Job description available on request. Full time post with 50% of the time on the floor. All posts are subject to enhanced Criminal Records Bureau & PoVA clearances. Pay award pending
