Job Description:
Native level Italian speaker customer service account representative with good customer servive and negotiating skills to manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts on behalf of a Blue Chip client.
Working in a multi lingual , multicultural environment you will negotiate and agree repayment terms with the individual according to the strictest requirements of client This is achieved through high volume telephone contact and quality negotiation and customer service skills to ensure that competitive levels of liquidation are attained .
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Strong academic/professional qualifications (minimum A level standard)
Highly developed oral communication skills
Experience in a customer service environment an advantage
Previous experience in sales or telephone work
Ability to negotiate and persuade . Full training provided
