Based in Central London ESR's client is a privately held company offering financial software solutions and support for financial market analysis, charting, and electronic trading. The company has developed its own trading software which specializes mostly in the futures market but provides both real-time and historical data from more than 100 exchanges from North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia, including CBOE Futures Exchange
You will speak FLUENT English as a second Line IT Technical Support Analyst supporting the Company's in house trading software for third party clients.
Candidates will be fluent in English
Experienced in understanding and resolving networking problems
Experienced in giving IT Trading software support
Basic understanding of financial markets
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, OR technical certification OR equivalent work experience
" Operating System/Software and desktop troubleshooting skills
" Microsoft, Cisco and/or Comp TIA Network+ certifications a plus
" Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with people
" Basic understanding of financial markets
" Excellent oral and written communication skills.
" Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment
" Commitment to customer follow-up and issue resolution.
Provide technical support, education and training to customers on all aspects of the company's products, including market data, technical analysis and trade routing interfaces
