Job Description:
IT Help Desk Analyst/fluent Finnish. Ist line technical customer support in call centre
You will be working for a multi-national company at their prestigious premises in St Helens, Lancashire
You will speak FLUENT English, Finnishand use your languages extensively.as
o first line customer contact for all IT related problems, enquires, service requests.
o supporting software, such as MS Office and SAP.
o recording all problems in the Service Centre online call logging system
o troubleshoot, prioritise, resolve and /or assign problems
o progress chase, maintain incident records and reports
o translation
Full training provided
Training would be given to enable the front desk operator to resolve up to a level of approx. 50% of all incidents taken.
Candidates will be:
Fluent in Finnish
Have good levels of IT literacy
Have customer service experience and telephone manner
Have the ability to work in a team environment.
Have analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
24 paid holidays per year (includes 8 public holidays)
37.5 hours per week ( no night shifts no weekends)
